Great service – East Sussex
Having experienced difficulty going up and down the stairs I contacted Prestige to consider a stairlift. From initial contact through to installation the service has been fantastic. The initial visit took place within a few days of contact, the stairlift rep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Once I decided to proceed with the stairlift installation was within a couple of weeks. Excellent service from initial enquiry to installation by the team at Bexhill, East Sussex – East Sussex
From the first day we made our initial enquiry at the Bexhill showroom to the day of installation, we were treated with courtesy and very helpful advice by all staff. The initial home visit by Peter and, subsequently, Chris to complete the measurements was all handled with professional care. On the day of installation, the team contacted us to confirm arrival time, which was good. Special mention must be made of Callum, who came back the following day with a “toogle” which made it easier for my wife(who has arthritis in her hands) to be able to use the hand controls. Excellent service! – Kent
Following an initial query on Saturday Prestige arranged for a survey from their engineer Tim on Wednesday afternoon and a brand new stairlift was fitted by him in about 90 minutes on Friday. There was no fuss, he was very polite and tidy and explained the workings of the stairlift very clearly to my partner. Very competitive price boosted to other providers. Would highly recommend. Great Work by Chris! – East Sussex
My husband sadly passed away recently so the stairlift is no longer needed. Chris came this morning to dismantle and remove it and he did a fantastic job. I was certain I would have to replace the hall, landing and stairs carpet, but Chris’s skill and attention to detail while removing it means there is no trace of where the track has been. The stairlift was fitted two years ago and everyone I have dealt with, office staff and engineers, during that time have all been great, every single one of them. They are all very knowledgeable about their products and business, and they are all lovely people. I have recommended Prestige to others and I will continue to do so. I have enjoyed dealing with them over the past two years. They have always been reliable and they are one of the few truly ethical companies still in existence. I cannot fault them in any way, but special thanks go to Chris.

Excellent service – highly recommended – Kent
I was recommended Prestige from a neighbour who recently had an installation. I can absolutely forward that recommendation – the team at Prestige have been brilliant. From my initial enquiry, through to the technical measurement and installation, all very smooth. They also came in about 20% cheaper than an alternative supplier. I had a question post-installation that the team answered quickly – you can tell they genuinely wanted to delight their customers. Making the decision to install a stairlift is a big one and one that we may not look forward to having to make – Prestige make the whole process as easy as possible. Sterling Job – East Sussex
Tim from Prestige Stairlifts came to fit two stair lifts to my front steps leading to my house. I live in a bungalow, but I have a lot of steps to go up in order to get through the front door. Having these left is really going to improve things for me immensely. Tim worked all day to get the job done and managed to get both lifts fitted and working. He then took the time and trouble to explain how everything worked and watched to make sure that I knew how to operate everything. Phoned to make appointment for a stairlift to be fitted. On Tuesday a nice young man called Tim came round, he phoned to let us know he was on his way, he gave us good advice and prices on suitable stairlifts for us, there was no hard sell or pressure to buy. We decided to go for a new one and asked him how soon it could be fitted. He said he could do it on the Thursday, once again he phoned to say he was on his way. Serviced stairlift and repaired intermittent fault – West Sussex
It was easy to book the appointment. The engineer telephoned on the day to confirm the time of arrival. He was friendly, listened to me explain the intermittent problem and then carried out the work on the stairlift in a neat and tidy way. He explained the service he completed, what had been found, and demonstrated that it was now working as it should. Paperwork was completed and payment made. Stairlift fault – West Sussex
The engineer, Colin, arrived promptly at 10.00 hrs. He was very polite and patient as I described the problem. The stairlift had developed an intermittent fault and, when he arrived it was working without any difficulty. I apologised and said that it had been a problem on 3 occasions. He was very assuring and said he would check the lift over. He worked for an hour and gave the lift a thorough check changing the batteries and ensuring that it was in good order. He also dealt with a faulty remote. Throughout his visit he was pleasant, and very efficient . I have had reason to contact Prestige twice since having the stair lift and have found the call centre staff just as efficient and reassuring as the engineer. It is so nice when your old to find people who treat you with respect, reassurance and patience. Thank you Prestige

Custom built stairlift – Greater London
The two engineers, Tim and Callum, arrived punctually at 11am. Tim was the lead engineer and he explained what was to be done, what was done and how to operate the stairlift clearly, making sure my arthric wife and myself knew how to operate the mechanism. He was polite, lucid and attentive. He explained that Pestige would contact us after a year and how we ccould pay for the annual service. I was impressed that the stairlift need not be at the bottom of the stairs when not in use but could be moved a few steps up where there was a charge point. Half of the total cost, itself less than expected, had already been paid, The work was finished within four hours. more quickly than expected. The remainder of the cost was paid by card. Prestige is an independent company and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Fantasic Service – East Sussex
After booking a service on mums 20+ old stair lift, we were advised that a new one would be needed by a very pleasant chap called Tim. After going through the options mum decided to have an ex demo model which was expertly fitted today by Tim and Callam. The lads were quick, efficient and friendly, ensuring everything was cleaned and set up to suit mum before leaving. The lift was reasonably priced and included removal and disposal of the old lift. From the first phone call to the repair service. All the experience was excellent. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly on the phone. Tim and Callum switched fitted us in on the way to another job and the stairlift was up and running again in minutes. Everything done right- well pleased with Prestige – East Sussex
They have very good reviews on here, and they are well deserved. I had a curved stairlift installed by them. Found them on the internet and gave them a ring, and they were around the next morning to survey my needs and give me a quote, including the expected manufacture and installation times, all of which they kept to. They also removed the old stairlift within a day of being asked to. So well pleased with the friendly and professional service they provided, at a very good price too, so thanks very much Prestige- my wife loves her new toy!

I called Prestige on 27th February and was given a clear and helpful explanation of available options for a stair lift to be fitted to a curved staircase. A site visit to take measurements was arranged for the same day and the lift was manufactured and installed within 15 working days as promised. We are delighted with the result. I can not find fault with the quality of advice and service provided by Prestige in delivering and installing an excellent product.

Excellent service from start to finish – Kent
Very please with the response from the first enquiry to completion. The surveyor was prompt in reply and visited to measure and quote. We were told it would be fourteen days before fitting and that was the case. The fitters were excellent, clean and tidy and left no mess for us to clear up. The instructions on how to use the stairlift were given so that anyone could understand them . The stairlift looks great and works well, would really recommend them.

Awesome service! – West Midlands
From start to completion this was such a straight forward but quality service. We wanted to get a stair lift in for our mum for her return from hospital – customer service booked us in for a quote straight away and the engineer was let in by a neighbour and followed up by phoning me with aquote for various options and sending it all via email. Booked us in asap to fit it and was efficient, friendly and courteous as well as speedy. After install, Tim, the engineer was excellent and patient in showing mum how to use it. My parents needed a stairlift asap due to an accident my father had. The only company to respond over Christmas was Prestige. Tim called us and arrived at 9am the next day for a survey. Courteous installers, with excellent attention to detail – Greater London
We asked Prestige because we like the concept of Trusted Traders. From the first visit, through to the completed installation, all questions were answered honestly and patiently. We opted for a reconditioned stairlift as work could be completed within 14 working days from making the order. Installation was on time, neatly done without the slightest damage to any surface. My wife is able to use the lift with confidence and there is still plenty of room for us both to use the stairs ‘on a good day’, when the chair can be parked away on its upstairs extension. We had thought carefully through the process of buying and made the right choice!

What efficiency. Monday 09.30 phoned and asked for a quote. Monday 11.00 charming Prestige employee visited, measured up, and gave a quote for a new stairlift. Tuesday 10.30 accepted quote. The same day at 13.30 charming engineer arrived and by 15.00 I was using the chairlift. What efficiency. Twenty-nine and a half hours from the first query to full operation. My poor recently disabled wife can now get up and down the stairs without a problem, gliding on a lovely, efficient chair. I can think of no greater praise than “Thanks chaps. You were amazing.”

“Enquired about stair lift Thursday, Tim the engineer came and quoted Friday, ordered Tuesday morning (closed Monday due to bank holiday) fitted Tuesday afternoon. Could not believe the speed of service. No pressure at all to place an order when quoted. Great advice given which saved us buying extras we thought we would need and didn’t so money saved (unlike a couple of other companies!). Fitting was completed in about 2 hours. No mess, no fuss, then a thorough demonstration and advice given on how to use it. Tim , we could not fault you. A real asset to your employer. Excellent service.”
