Our services:

Supply and fit

We supply and fit straight stairlifts and curved stairlifts for internal or external (outdoor) use.

Repair/Breakdown

We offer a 24hour repair and breakdown service, even if it’s 4am on a Sunday morning, this applies 365 days a year.

Removal

Prestige Stairlifts can also remove your stairlift if required. In some cases, we also purchase unwanted stairlifts.

Stairlift MOT and service

We offer an annual stairlift MOT and service. This will ensure your stairlift is operating at its full potential. The MOT involves an inspection of all the safety features and operational features. The service includes any necessary repairs and replacements and a general maintenance of all operational components. Any price given over the phone has a seven day cooling off period.

Guarantees

Your Prestige Stairlift has a free of charge guarantee from the date of installation up until 12 months. This guarantee covers any mechanical faults through manufacture defects or installation.

Part Exchange

We are happy to offer a part exchange stairlift service. This could include a part exchange with a new stairlift, or a reconditioned stairlift at a discount price.

Free from service contracts

Prestige stairlifts are proud to highlight to our customers that they will not be tied into any annual servicing contract or cover plans. We treat all our customers on an individual basis.
